What we’re looking for

Native fluency in TikTok and YouTube Shorts culture.

A sharp eye for aesthetics, composition, and simplicity.

Solid shooting and editing skills (smartphone-first is fine; experience in Adobe is pre).

Independent, creative, proactive: comfortable owning the process end to end.
