Growth Lead (D2C / Subscription)

Kinfill is growing fast. We’re building a cleaner world with beautifully designed refillable cleaning products and our next phase is all about international scaling and expanding our subscription model.

We’re looking for a Growth Lead: a driven, commercial, and analytical marketer who can accelerate our growth in the Netherlands, UK, Germany, and Belgium and eventually the rest of Europe.

Someone who connects brand, performance, and data into one scalable growth engine and takes full ownership of it. You’ll develop and execute new strategies independently, while working closely with our Brand Manager (creation, identity, storytelling). 

 

What you’ll do: 

1. Build a scalable growth strategy

  • Lead and develop our international growth plans for NL, UK, DE, and BE
  • Define which propositions, bundles, and subscriptions to test
  • Translate brand and product stories into compelling, conversion-focused messaging 

2. Turn our subscription model into a growth engine

  • Optimize the full funnel: trial → convert → retain → upsell
  • Collaborate closely with Lifecycle/CRM on flows, segmentation, and retention
  • Analyze LTV, churn, and upgrade/downgrade behavior and act on it 

3. Lead our culture of experimentation

  • Create hypotheses, run experiments, and set testing priorities
  • Test pricing, landing pages, bundles, creatives, and audiences
  • Work data-first and bring the team along with you 

4. Bring structure, speed, and direction

  • Lead growth planning, KPI reviews, dashboards, and weekly rhythms
  • Align Performance, Brand, and Lifecycle teams
  • Safeguard timelines, deliverables, and progress 

5. Scale our marketing across Europe

  • Localize messaging for the UK, Germany, and Belgium 
  • Build playbooks for creators, content, and country-specific funnels
  • Make growth predictable, scalable, and data-driven 

 

Who you are:

  • 4–6 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or subscriptions
  • At least 2 years in a senior growth or performance-driven role
  • A proven track record in growing a subscription business
  • Commercially minded, fast-moving, and experiment-driven
  • Skilled in funnel thinking, CRO, data, A/B testing, and aligning paid with brand
  • Structured, clear, and coaching
