The gift
Every order that includes at least one subscription (with two mandatory refill cycles after purchase) comes with a free Serax carafe and two matching cups. The gift is limited to one set per order, even if your order contains multiple subscriptions (for example, Dish Soap and Laundry Detergent).

Existing subscribers
The gift can't be redeemed through your account. To claim it, place a new subscription order which includes two mandatory refill cycles after purchase.

Discounts
This offer can't be combined with any other discount code or promotion, including Kinpoints. Adding a discount code at checkout will remove the gift from your cart.

Gifts
Gifts can't be returned or exchanged. We can't accept liability for their shipping, and we're unable to offer replacements or refunds if a gift arrives damaged.

Validity
Valid from 25 June to 26 July 2026, or while supplies last.

Your refill plan
You can pause or cancel at any time after the initial order, followed by two refill cycles.

Currently, Kinpoints can only be redeemed for one-time purchases, not subscriptions. We are working to make Kinpoints available for subscriptions in the future.

If you are above the free shipping threshold and your Kinpoints bring you below the threshold, free shipping no longer applies.

Email subscribers who receive and complete our survey can get 20% off their next subscription order. The discount code is provided on the ending page of the survey. If you did not receive the survey by email you are not eligible for this promotion.

The code doesn't apply to current subscriptions, whose price will remain the same. Discount only valid for the first order, then subscriptions return to their normal subscription price.
