Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative to help us maintain our commitment to excellent customer service. This role is part-time, offering flexible hours between 8-16 hours per week. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, tracking orders, enhancing our Trustpilot score, providing valuable insights, and reaching out to customers for feedback


— Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner.

— Follow up on order shipments and track the status of customer orders.

— Work to upgrade and maintain a high Trustpilot score by delivering excellent service.

— Report and document customer interactions, feedback, and trends.

— Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

— Proactively reach out to customers via phone for feedback and gather valuable insights.


— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch. German and/or French is a pre.

— Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

— Empathetic and patient when dealing with customer concerns.

— Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
