8PM PHONE-OFF TIME
Alright, so at 8:00 PM, it's phone-off time for me. I switch it to airplane mode, giving myself and my loved ones the signal that I'm off-duty for the night. No more screens after this hour – it's all about letting that melatonin flow naturally. 8PM

SELF-CARE
After that, it's all about self-care. I cleanse my face, brush my teeth, spray my pillow and sheets with Kinfill Pillow Mist and then cosy up in bed. Once I'm all settled, I dive into some reading. There's nothing like getting lost in a good book before drifting off. And then, it's time for a little meditation to really unwind.

9PM HYDRATE FOR THE NIGHT
Before I hit the hay, I make sure to hydrate with a big glass of water mixed with some Celtic sea salt. Oh, and can't forget the magnesium supplement – that stuff is magic for a good night's sleep.

6AM MORNING RITUAL
As soon as I open my eyes, it's water time again. I rarely set an alarm. I let my body do its thing and wake up naturally between 5:30 and 6:00 AM. Then, it's time for a little morning ritual with my partner and our cat. We sip on espresso in bed, soaking in the calm before the day begins.
